What Happens When Payment Fails

If your subscription renewal payment fails:

1. You'll receive an email notification
2. A grace period begins — you keep full access while the issue is resolved
3. Stripe automatically retries the payment

How to Fix It

1. Go to Settings → Billing
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. Update your payment method in the Stripe portal
4. The payment will be retried automatically

During the Grace Period

You keep full access to:

• Community and Discord
• Live sessions
• All member features

If Not Resolved

If the payment remains unresolved after the grace period ends, your access will be suspended. Your account is not deleted — you can reactivate by updating your payment method.
