Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
What Is 2FA?
Two-factor authentication adds an extra security step when you sign in. After entering your password, you'll also need a code from an authenticator app on your phone.
How to Enable
- Go to Settings → Security
- Find the Two-Factor Authentication section
- Follow the setup steps to link your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Scan the QR code with your app
- Enter the verification code to confirm
Signing In with 2FA
After enabling, every login will require:
- Your email and password (or Google sign-in)
- A code from your authenticator app
If You Lose Access to Your Authenticator
If you can't access your authenticator app:
- Use a backup code if you saved one during setup
- Contact support to verify your identity and disable 2FA
Disabling 2FA
- Go to Settings → Security
- Find the Two-Factor Authentication section
- Follow the steps to disable
