1. OVERVIEW

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through the LifePreneur Platform ("Platform"), offered by LifePreneur, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a subscription or any product through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

This Policy covers refunds only. For subscription cancellation information, see Section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of your first payment
  • Applies only to your first subscription payment (monthly or yearly)
  • Account must be in good standing (no Terms violations)

The 7-day period begins:

  • On the date your payment is successfully processed by Stripe
  • You will receive a purchase confirmation email with the purchase date

2.2 What is NOT Eligible for Refund

The following are NOT eligible for refund:

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly auto-renewals)
  • Requests after 7 days from initial purchase date
  • Second or subsequent payments (after your first billing cycle)
  • Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms and Conditions violations
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (contact support for resolution)
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first

Why No Refunds on Renewals?

Renewals are automatic recurring charges that you authorize when subscribing. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals (see Section 6).

2.3 Subscription Type Specifics

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • 7-day refund window applies to the first payment only
  • Subsequent monthly renewals are not refundable
  • Cancel anytime to prevent future charges

Annual Subscriptions:

  • 7-day refund window applies to the first payment only
  • If refunded, you receive a full refund of the amount paid (minus payment processing fees)
  • No partial refunds for unused months within the year
  • Cancel anytime to prevent renewal at the end of the year

2.4 Additional Digital Products

One-time digital products, courses, or resources ("Additional Products") available for purchase within or alongside the Platform are not eligible for refunds. By purchasing any Additional Product, you acknowledge that delivery occurs immediately upon payment and that no refund will be issued except where required by applicable law.

If a refund for an Additional Product is granted at our sole discretion as an exception, access to the product will be immediately revoked.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

3.1 Submission Process

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

Step 2: Include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Date of purchase
  • Subscription type (monthly or yearly)
  • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)

Step 3: Use the same email address you used to create your account

3.2 Response Time

  • We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing may take an additional 5-7 business days after approval
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

3.3 Verification

To protect your account security:

  • We may ask verification questions to confirm your identity
  • We may require confirmation that you authorized the refund request
  • Refunds cannot be processed by unauthorized third parties

4. REFUND EVALUATION & APPROVAL

4.1 Discretionary Review

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of LifePreneur, LLC.

We strive to be fair, flexible, and reasonable when evaluating refund requests. Each request is reviewed individually, and we consider factors such as:

  • Whether the request is within the 7-day window
  • Your level of engagement with the Program
  • Whether Terms and Conditions were violated
  • Previous refund history
  • Circumstances of the request

Submitting a refund request does NOT guarantee approval. However, we approach each request with understanding and flexibility.

4.2 Reasons We May Deny a Refund

We may deny refund requests if:

  • Outside 7-day window: Request submitted more than 7 days after purchase
  • Not first payment: Request for renewal payment or subsequent charge
  • Terms violations: Account violated our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines
  • Abuse or fraud: Evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
  • Intellectual property misuse: Downloaded, copied, or distributed Program materials
  • Chargeback initiated: You filed a chargeback before contacting us
  • Previous refunds: Multiple refund requests across different accounts (abuse pattern)

4.3 Approval Notification

If your refund is approved:

  • You will receive email confirmation of approval
  • The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
  • Your access to the Program will be immediately revoked (see Section 5)

4.4 Denial Notification

If your refund is denied:

  • You will receive an email explaining the reason
  • Your subscription will remain active
  • You can still cancel your subscription to prevent future charges (no refund for current period)

5. ACCESS AFTER REFUND

5.1 Immediate Revocation

If your refund is approved, your access is immediately revoked. This includes:

  • Platform Access: Your account is deactivated and you cannot log in
  • Discord Community: You are removed from the private Discord server
  • Training Materials: Access to all videos, lessons, and resources is terminated
  • Live Sessions: You cannot attend live training calls or Q&A sessions
  • Affiliate Program: Affiliate account is terminated (if applicable)

There is no grace period. Once a refund is processed, access ends immediately.

  • You request a refund on Jan 6 (within 7 days)
  • Refund approved → You get your full annual payment back, lose access immediately

Example 3 (Cancellation, no refund):

  • You subscribed on Jan 1
  • On Jan 20, you cancel (outside 7-day window)
  • No refund, but you keep access until Feb 1 (end of billing period)

6. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

6.1 Non-Returnable Digital Content

The Program provides immediate access to digital content, including:

  • Training videos and recorded lessons
  • Live training sessions and Q&A calls
  • Private Discord community access
  • Downloadable templates and resources
  • Proprietary frameworks and strategies

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
  • You gain immediate access upon successful payment
  • Content cannot be "un-seen" or "un-accessed"
  • We rely on your good faith when evaluating refund requests

6.2 No "Try Before You Buy"

Unlike physical products, digital products are accessed instantly:

  • There is no shipping or delivery delay
  • You can begin consuming content immediately
  • We cannot verify what content you accessed or downloaded

This is why our 7-day window exists - to give you time to evaluate whether the Program meets your needs while protecting our intellectual property.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES

7.1 Stripe Processing Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

Stripe charges non-refundable processing fees:

  • Approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (varies by card type and country)
  • These fees are paid to Stripe, not retained by us
  • Stripe may not refund their processing fees when we issue a refund

What this means for you:

  • If you paid $99, Stripe charged us approximately $3.18 in fees
  • When we refund you $99, we may not recover those fees from Stripe
  • You receive the full $99 refund; we absorb the processing fees

7.2 Currency Conversion & International Fees

If you paid in a currency other than USD:

  • Your bank may charge currency conversion fees
  • These fees are charged by your bank, not by us
  • We cannot refund fees charged by your bank or payment provider
  • International transaction fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed in the original currency and amount you paid.

7.3 Impact on Refund Amount

Good News: You receive a full refund of the amount you paid to us, even though we lose money on processing fees.

  • Monthly subscription: Full $99 refund
  • Yearly subscription: Full $999 refund

We absorb processing fees as part of our 7-day money-back guarantee.

8. MISUSE & POLICY VIOLATIONS

8.1 Refunds Will Be Denied For

We reserve the right to deny refunds to individuals who:

Community Violations:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse community members or staff
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content
  • Spam or solicit in the Discord community
  • Violate Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

Intellectual Property Violations:

  • Download, copy, save, or record Program videos or materials
  • Screenshot, reproduce, or distribute training content
  • Share login credentials or Discord access with others
  • Teach or resell our proprietary frameworks or methods
  • Record internal coaching calls or live sessions

Terms and Conditions Violations:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the refund policy
  • Impersonate staff or other members
  • Attempt to hack or compromise Platform security
  • Violate any provision of our Terms and Conditions

Abuse of Refund Policy:

  • Multiple refund requests across different accounts
  • Pattern of subscribing, downloading content, and requesting refunds
  • Requesting refunds after consuming substantial content
  • Evidence of bad faith or abuse of the money-back guarantee

8.2 Consequences

If your refund is denied due to violations:

  • Your account may be suspended or terminated
  • You will not receive a refund for any payments made
  • You may be permanently banned from rejoining the Program
  • We may pursue legal action to protect our intellectual property rights

We take violations seriously and maintain records of all refund requests and account activity.

9. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

9.1 Contact Us First

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first at support@lifepreneur.com.

Chargebacks should be reserved for:

  • Unauthorized charges you did not make
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Fraud or identity theft

If you simply want a refund, follow our refund request process outlined in Section 3.

9.2 Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to the Program constitutes a violation of these Terms.

If you file a chargeback:

  • We will provide proof of delivery and service fulfillment to your bank/card issuer
  • Evidence includes: login records, Discord access, content consumption, email confirmations
  • Your access will be immediately and permanently revoked
  • You may be permanently banned from the Platform
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover losses

9.3 Stripe's Chargeback Process

Chargebacks are handled by Stripe according to their policies and card network rules:

  • You have 60-120 days to dispute a charge (varies by card issuer)
  • Stripe investigates and makes a determination
  • Chargeback fees ($15-$25) may apply if the chargeback is upheld
  • The decision is made by Stripe and the card issuer, not by us

If you have a legitimate dispute, contact us first. We will work with you to resolve it fairly.

9.4 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback (claiming you didn't receive the service when you did) may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Ban from all future services
  • Potential legal action
  • Credit card industry fraud reporting

We maintain detailed records of all access, activity, and content delivery to defend against fraudulent chargebacks.

10. NO REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION

10.1 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

When you cancel (outside the 7-day refund window):

  • Future charges are stopped immediately
  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund is provided for the current period
  • You can re-subscribe at any time

Example:

  • You subscribed on January 1
  • On January 20, you cancel (outside 7-day window)
  • You are NOT charged on February 1
  • You keep access until February 1 (end of paid period)
  • No refund for January (you paid for the month, you get the month)

10.2 Partial Refunds Not Available

We do NOT offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Why no partial refunds?

  • Digital content is accessed immediately and cannot be "un-accessed"
  • Our costs (hosting, infrastructure, Discord) are fixed regardless of your usage
  • Proration would be administratively burdensome and economically unfeasible
  • Subscription pricing assumes ongoing access, not pay-per-use

Fair Policy: Cancel anytime, keep access for what you paid for.

11. UPDATES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

11.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change this Refund Policy at any time at our sole discretion.

11.2 Notice of Changes

When we update this Policy:

  • The "Last Updated" date at the top will change
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform announcement
  • Changes become effective immediately upon posting

11.3 Your Acceptance

Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to the modified Policy, you may cancel your subscription.

11.4 Grandfathering

Existing subscribers: Changes to this Policy do not affect refund requests for purchases made before the change date. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility.

  • You expressly agree that digital content is provided immediately upon purchase
  • You acknowledge that by accessing the Platform, you waive your right of withdrawal
  • Our 7-day money-back guarantee provides similar or better protection

This is standard for digital products with immediate access.

13.3 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, as specified in our Terms and Conditions.

Q: Can I get a refund after 7 days?

A: No, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, you can cancel your subscription to stop future charges, but no refund is provided for the current billing period.

Q: What if I cancel on day 6 but my refund isn't processed until day 10?

A: As long as you submit your refund request within 7 days, you're eligible. Processing time does not affect eligibility.

Q: Do you refund subscription renewals?

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
