1. OVERVIEW

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the LifePreneur Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by LifePreneur, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, as well as our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Earnings Disclaimer.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll in the Affiliate Program.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Active Subscriber Requirement

Participation in the Affiliate Program is limited to active, paying subscribers of the LifePreneur Platform. You must maintain a subscription in good standing at all times to remain eligible as an Affiliate.

If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated:

  • Your affiliate account may be suspended or terminated at our discretion
  • Access to your referral link and affiliate dashboard will be removed
  • Earned, approved commissions prior to suspension will be paid on the regular schedule
  • New commissions will not accrue during any period of inactive membership

2.2 Enrollment

Eligible subscribers may enroll in the Affiliate Program through the Affiliate section of their member dashboard. By completing enrollment and agreeing to these Affiliate Terms, you become an Affiliate.

2.3 Account Requirements

To remain in the Program, you must:

  • Maintain an active LifePreneur subscription
  • Keep your contact and payment information current and accurate
  • Comply with these Affiliate Terms and our Terms and Conditions at all times

3. HOW YOU EARN

3.1 Commission Structure

As an Affiliate, you earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by individuals you refer to the LifePreneur Platform.

Current Commission Rate: 50% of the net purchase amount for each qualifying new subscription.

A "qualifying purchase" means:

  • A new subscription initiated by a person who has not previously subscribed to LifePreneur
  • The purchase is completed within the referral attribution window (see Section 3.2)
  • The purchase is not subsequently refunded, reversed, or charged back
  • The purchase is not made by the Affiliate themselves (self-referral is prohibited)

3.2 Referral Attribution Window

Cookie Duration: 30 days from the date a user first clicks your referral link.

If a referred user completes a qualifying purchase within 30 days of clicking your unique referral link, the commission is attributed to you. If the purchase is made after 30 days from the initial click, no commission is earned for that referral.

3.3 What Does NOT Qualify for Commission

The following are not eligible for commission:

  • Self-referrals — purchasing through your own affiliate link
  • Purchases made after the 30-day referral window has expired
  • Purchases that are refunded, reversed, or charged back after the commission is credited
  • Referrals generated through prohibited promotional methods (see Section 5)
  • Duplicate, fraudulent, or manipulated referrals
  • Purchases by individuals already registered in our system

3.4 Commission Rate Changes

Commission rates are set at the Company's sole discretion and may be modified at any time. We will provide active Affiliates with at least 30 days written notice of any reduction to the commission rate. Notice will be sent to the email address on file with your account.

Changes will not affect commissions already earned on qualifying purchases completed prior to the change's effective date.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1 Standard Payment Method

Affiliate commissions are paid via PayPal. You must maintain a valid PayPal account and keep your PayPal email address current in your affiliate profile. We are not responsible for failed payments resulting from an incorrect or outdated PayPal email on file.

4.2 Alternative Payment Methods

Alternative payment methods may be considered at the Company's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. If you require a payment method other than PayPal, contact support@lifepreneur.com. The Company reserves the right to decline alternative payment requests without explanation.

4.3 Payout Threshold

There is no minimum payout threshold for PayPal payments.

4.4 Payout Schedule

Commissions are reviewed and paid on a monthly basis, typically within 30 days of the end of each calendar month in which they were earned, provided the associated purchases have not been refunded or reversed during the review period.

We reserve the right to hold commissions for up to 30 days after a qualifying purchase to account for refund windows and potential chargebacks before releasing payment.

4.5 Taxes & Reporting

You are solely responsible for all taxes associated with your affiliate earnings, including income tax, self-employment tax, VAT, GST, or any other applicable taxes based on your location.

If you are a U.S.-based Affiliate earning $600 or more in a calendar year, we may be required to issue a Form 1099-NEC. You may be required to submit a completed W-9 form before your first payout is released.

We are not responsible for providing tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

As an Affiliate, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

5.1 Paid Search Advertising

  • Bid on or purchase paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) using our brand terms, including "LifePreneur," "TikTok Shop For Creators," or any variations or misspellings thereof
  • Use our brand terms in ad headlines, descriptions, or display URLs in any paid search campaign
  • Run ads that redirect traffic through your affiliate link using our branded keywords

5.2 Spam & Unsolicited Communications

  • Send unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or communications promoting your affiliate link
  • Post affiliate links in irrelevant communities, forums, groups, or platforms without genuine context
  • Engage in any form of spam as defined by applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR

5.3 Misleading or Deceptive Claims

  • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the Platform, its features, or income potential
  • Fabricate or misrepresent testimonials, results, or earnings
  • Imply a formal partnership, endorsement, or special relationship with LifePreneur beyond the affiliate relationship
  • Make income guarantees or promises inconsistent with our Earnings Disclaimer

5.4 Self-Referral & Fraud

  • Purchase a subscription through your own affiliate link
  • Create multiple accounts to generate fraudulent referrals
  • Manipulate, spoof, or interfere with cookie tracking or attribution systems
  • Offer cash back, rebates, or incentives to users who purchase through your link without prior written approval from the Company

5.5 Impersonation & Brand Misuse

  • Impersonate LifePreneur, LLC, its employees, instructors, or representatives
  • Create websites, social profiles, or content designed to appear as official LifePreneur communications
  • Use our logos, trademarks, or brand assets in ways not expressly permitted under Section 7

5.6 FTC Non-Compliance

  • Fail to clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content (see Section 6 for requirements)

6. FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

6.1 Mandatory Disclosure

You MUST clearly disclose your affiliate relationship every time you promote LifePreneur. This is a legal requirement under the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Endorsement Guides, not optional.

Acceptable disclosures include:

  • "This is an affiliate link — I earn a commission if you purchase through it."
  • "I'm a LifePreneur affiliate and earn a commission on referrals."
  • "#ad" or "#sponsored" when used on social media in a way that makes the relationship clear

Disclosure requirements:

  • Must appear before or near the affiliate link or promotional content
  • Must be clear and conspicuous — not buried in fine print, below the fold, or hidden in a long description
  • Must be included in every post, video, email, or communication containing your affiliate link
  • Must be stated verbally or via on-screen text in video content

6.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your compliance with FTC guidelines and any other advertising or endorsement regulations applicable to your location and promotional activities. LifePreneur, LLC is not responsible for your disclosures or any regulatory issues arising from your content.

Non-compliance with FTC requirements is grounds for immediate termination of your affiliate account.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND USE

7.1 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the LifePreneur brand name and program name ("TikTok Shop For Creators by LifePreneur") solely for the purpose of promoting the Platform as an Affiliate under these terms.

You MAY:

  • Reference "LifePreneur" and "TikTok Shop For Creators" in promotional content
  • Link to the LifePreneur website using your unique affiliate link
  • Share general descriptions and honest reviews of the Platform

You MAY NOT:

  • Use our logos, trademarks, or brand assets without prior written approval
  • Modify, alter, or combine our brand name or trademarks with other words in a way that could mislead
  • Register domain names, social handles, or accounts containing our brand terms
  • Use our intellectual property after your affiliate account has been terminated

7.2 Content You Create

You retain ownership of original content you create to promote the Platform. However, by tagging, mentioning, or featuring LifePreneur in your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, repost, or feature that content for promotional purposes at our discretion.

8. TERM & TERMINATION

8.1 Term

These Affiliate Terms begin when you enroll in the Program and continue until terminated by either party.

8.2 Termination by You

You may leave the Affiliate Program at any time by contacting support@lifepreneur.com. Cancelling your Platform subscription also automatically terminates your affiliate status.

8.3 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Affiliate Terms or our Terms and Conditions
  • Prohibited promotional activities
  • Fraudulent activity or manipulation of tracking systems
  • Failure to maintain an active subscription
  • Conduct that causes reputational harm to LifePreneur, LLC
  • Requirement by law or legal process

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of termination, though notice is not required in cases involving fraud, serious violations, or legal necessity.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your affiliate account:

  • Your affiliate referral link is deactivated immediately
  • No new commissions will accrue from the termination date forward
  • Earned, approved commissions as of the termination date will be paid on the regular monthly payout schedule
  • Commissions tied to fraudulent activity, policy violations, self-referrals, or returned purchases are forfeited

9. PROGRAM CHANGES

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time at our sole discretion, including changes to:

  • Commission rates (30 days written notice provided for reductions)
  • Referral attribution window duration
  • Eligible products or qualifying purchase types
  • Payment methods or payout schedules
  • Program eligibility requirements

Continued participation in the Program after changes are announced constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If we discontinue the Affiliate Program entirely, all earned, approved commissions will be paid in the final payout cycle.

10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

10.1 No Earnings Guarantee

Affiliate income is not guaranteed. Your earnings depend entirely on your promotional efforts, audience, content quality, and the independent purchasing decisions of individuals you refer. Income results vary widely and most affiliates earn little or nothing.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifePreneur, LLC's total liability to you as an Affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months immediately preceding any claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifePreneur, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your promotional activities as an Affiliate
  • Your violation of these Affiliate Terms
  • Your non-compliance with FTC guidelines or other applicable laws
  • Content you create or publish in connection with the Affiliate Program

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Disputes arising under these Affiliate Terms are subject to the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
