Failed Payments and Grace Period
What Happens When Payment Fails
If your subscription renewal payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- A grace period begins — you keep full access while the issue is resolved
- Stripe automatically retries the payment
How to Fix It
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Update your payment method in the Stripe portal
- The payment will be retried automatically
During the Grace Period
You keep full access to:
- Community and Discord
- Live sessions
- All member features
If Not Resolved
If the payment remains unresolved after the grace period ends, your access will be suspended. Your account is not deleted — you can reactivate by updating your payment method.
